A heart wrenching story of a father's unmeasured love for his daughter. The story follows a mentally challenged father (Yong-gu) who is falsely accused of murdering a police commissioner's daughter and sentenced to death. Yong-gu's daughter (Yesung) was sent to a childcare institution while he was imprisoned in Cell No. 7.
At first, the inmates bully Yong-gu but later on realized that something's wrong with him. As the days passed by, Yong-gu and the other inmates became friends and they helped the father and daughter reunite by sneaking Yesung inside the prison. On the last day of the trial, Yong-gu admitted that he was responsible for murdering the commissioner's daughter and that is only because he was forced to admit it. On the 23rd of December, Yesung and the other inmates in cell no. 7 enjoyed their last day together with Yong-gu who is about to receive his punishment.
Years passed by and it can be seen that Yesung (now a grown-up), fought to clear his father's name and in the end, justice was served but it was too late for the father and daughter to be freely be together once again.
Truly a father's love will suffice anything. Miracle in Cell No. 7 will truly touch your heart.

DeleteHoeee??? Ive read about this (havent watched it) . the little kid snuck inside the prison to be with her dad right? It was touching and sad.
